The registration for City+2025@Oxford and a formal dinner at Mansfield College, University of Oxford is now open at: https://www.oxforduniversitystores.co.uk/conferences-and-events/transport-studies-unit/events/city2025-oxford
Registration rates:
- Participants who uploaded a valid proof of enrolment upon abstract submission have been emailed a password to access registration at a student rate.
- Participants who did not do so but wish to register at a student rate please send an email to cityplus.oxford@gmail.com with the subject line “Request for the Student Rate Code” and attach a valid proof of enrolment.
- Participants who are not currently enrolled as students should register at the non-student rate. The organising committee reserves the right to impose an additional fee or revoke the registration of individuals who register at a student rate without meeting this requirement.
Refund policy:
- Please note the registration fee is non-refundable.
Formal dinner:
- Please make sure to check out with both formal dinner and registration in the shopping basket if you wish to attend this event. The formal dinner cannot be checked out later separately once the registration is completed.
- Please note the spots are limited and will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
Conference participation:
- Participants are strongly encouraged to present your work in person. If online presentation is required due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us before 30 June. Kindly note that request for online presentation will not be considered beyond this date.
- Participants who wish to attend the conference online without presenting do not need to take any action.

Deadline for travel grant application: 30 June 2025

Deadline for registration for presenting participants: 31 July 2025
Registration deadline (for non-presenting participants): 10 September 2025
